Entegris, Inc. is seeking an IT Senior SAP Business Analyst for Global Labeling Solutions at our Chaska, MN facility in a hybrid role.

You will analyze business requirements, optimize SAP processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant labeling across a global manufacturing network. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, documentation of BRDs and specs, and ongoing support for labeling systems, print management, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain, or related field.
• 2-5 years as a Business Analyst in global label management.
• Experience in SAP manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing functional and technical support of global labeling processes and solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
• Perform business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain BRDs, functional specs, and process documentation.
• Partner with COEs, technical teams, and leaders to prioritize enhancements.
• Configure, test, and implement improvements in line with change management.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Support projects through documentation, testing, training materials, and end-user support.
