Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, computer science, operations, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharma/regulated environments.
• Experience delivering laboratory automation projects and understanding laboratory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of laboratory automation projects from concept to deployment and handoff.
• Develop charters, scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and roadmaps.
• Establish governance, milestones, and success criteria; report to sponsors and stakeholders.
