Job summary

Lilly is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to drive global training strategies across a regulatory pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role focuses on strategy, governance, and cross-functional leadership to elevate learning programs and drive measurable performance improvements.

Ideal candidates will bring 8+ years in L&D, strong executive communication, and expertise in modern learning technologies, analytics, and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Instructional Design, or Manufacturing Training in regulated pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing global L&D team and drive accountability and outcomes.
Coach and develop team members across craft, stakeholder influence, and leadership capacity.
Translate strategic priorities into team direction and execution, removing blockers and maintaining momentum.
Partner with global CoE, LA, and LEPs to implement learning solutions that drive performance and compliance.
Ensure global governance and audit readiness for learning programs across platforms and sites.

Master's degree in Learning Sciences or related fields
