Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in AML compliance or equivalent.
• Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Advise Head of Global KYC and help design Oversight procedures.
• Guide KYC Operations and policy maintenance across regions.
• Lead process improvements and scalability for the KYC program.
• Collaborate across regions to align the Global KYC program.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and leadership team.
