Coinbase, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Head of KYC within Central Compliance to own global strategy and program execution for KYC across all Coinbase regulated entities.

You will lead a global team, design scalable KYC solutions, and partner with Legal, Regulatory, and product teams to meet evolving requirements. You will drive policy development, risk-based frameworks, and enterprise-wide process design, delivering executive reporting on KPIs and program health while balancing regulatory

Formación

• 10+ years designing and implementing KYC programs at financial institutions.
• Deep knowledge of global AML, CTF, and sanctions regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven track record building and scaling global KYC programs from design to execution.
• Senior escalation experience for KYC onboarding and regulator interactions.
• Experience reporting KPIs to executive leadership in a matrix environment.
• Ability to responsibly leverage generative AI with human oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end strategic direction of Coinbase's Global KYC program.
• Lead a team of KYC professionals across jurisdictions and ensure consistent execution.
• Drive KYC issue management, corrective actions, and process enhancements.
• Partner with sales, product, and engineering to launch KYC initiatives for new products and jurisdictions.
• Serve as the DRI for regulatory reporting and executive-level KPI reporting.
• Shape interpretation and implementation of global KYC requirements with Legal and Compliance.
