Job summary

Voith Group is seeking a Global KPI & Processes Lead (m/f/d) in Manufacturing Governance to define KPIs, manage the SOP lifecycle, and ensure transparent, comparable performance across all plants worldwide. The role requires travel up to 20% and strong English communication.

The successful candidate will drive governance, performance reviews, and data validation while collaborating with Planning, IT, Industrial Engineering, and Master Scheduling in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, or comparable field.
• Experience with KPI systems and process governance.
• Strong analytical, governance, and communication skills.
• Very good English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally (20%).

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the global manufacturing KPI system.
• Ensure consistent KPI definitions and data logic.
• Oversee the SOP lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct global performance reviews.
• Track and follow-up on improvement measures.
• Govern best practices and standardization decisions.
• Collect and validate KPI data.
• Perform deviation and root-cause analyses.
• Report to Global Head of Manufacturing and coordinate with Planning, IT, Industrial Engineering, and Master Scheduling.
• Close-loop performance steering from KPIs to action.
