Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive actions around supply escalation topics globally using production and inventory plans.
• Develop and monitor order and forecast status with ISR’s and account teams.
• Provide planning leadership to align demand to product codes across multiple plants (multi-site MSM).
• Identify and track actions to alleviate capacity and demand concerns through forecasting improvements.
• Analyze demand signals to create a clear unconstrained demand view and advise on implications for supply plans.
• Prepare and deliver communications to customers and internally across plants and regions.

Job Title

Responsible for leadership, analysis, and driving planning optimization, to enable excellent supply reliability and responsiveness for key semiconductor market customers. As a key member of the planning and commercial teams, this individual will collaborate closely with customer account managers, plant planning, demand planning manager, and cross-functional teams, to streamline operations and support business growth.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Define, lead processes, and actions for the organization to successfully plan and execute against supply fulfillment and shortages for key semiconductor customer(s).
• Utilizing production and inventory plans, drive clear and coordinated organizational actions around supply escalation topics for the key customer(s), globally.
• Develop and monitor order and forecast status by working closely with ISR’s, account teams, and on-line data sources.
• Provide planning leadership to align demand to product codes based on sourcing plans across multiple plants as needed (multi-site manufacturing; MSM). Lead MSM supply side plans in coordination with the Strategic Projects leader.
• Identify, track, and support actions to alleviate future capacity and demand fulfillment concerns, through forecasting improvements, customer specific strategies, and metrics/reporting.
• Analyze and summarize multiple demand signals to help the account teams create a more accurate unconstrained demand view, and create clarity on the demand signals within CoorsTek. Facilitate supply side analysis to understand the implications of demand changes on supply plans and provide insights and recommendations on the implications for management to drive business decisions.
• Communications preparation & delivery to the customer (via the account team) and internally, across multiple plants and manufacturing regions.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (business, engineering, supply chain).
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• MBA or supply chain certification (i.e. APICS) are desirable but not required.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Analytical skills; able to create and utilize spreadsheet models, tracking demand, supply, and inventory, including multiple scenarios.
• Data savvy: able to quickly merge data from multiple sources, manipulate it, and present it intelligibly to explain the situation (i.e., tell the story).
• Strong communication skills:
• Comfortable working cross functionally, both internally and external to CoorsTek.
• Able to navigate difficult meetings with professionalism.
• Able to create concise email and PowerPoint communications.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of customer products, data, terminology, and needs.
• Develop knowledge of CoorsTek manufacturing processes, lead-times, and strategies.
• Supply chain planning knowledge around MRP, inventory models, etc. is a plus.
• Highly proficient in MS Office tools and QAD. PowerBI and other data or visualization tools is a plus.
• Able to work successfully with people across the US, Europe, and Asia including occasional evening meetings with Asia.

Target Hiring Range

Annual Salary: USD 112,700.00 - USD 155,000.00
