- 3rd class DC Steam Engineer’s license is required.
- Ability to read, translate, and apply design documents and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead Building Engineers and supervise Engineering Supervisors and maintenance staff.
- Develop staffing, scheduling, and overtime strategies with clear accountability.
- Oversee HVAC and central plant operation, reliability, and energy efficiency.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and work orders using IWMS data.
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct audits and incident response.
