Job summary

CooperSurgical, a leading fertility and women’s healthcare company, is seeking an Associate Global Product Manager, IVF Equipment. You will support the global team by managing portfolio operations, generating market insights, and coordinating cross-functional inputs to drive launches and lifecycle activities.

You will report to the Global Product Director, IVF Equipment, and collaborate with regional teams, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Service. Travel up to 10–15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2-4 years of product management, marketing, or related experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, dashboards, and stakeholder reviews.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio operations processes: SKU rationalization, registration tracking, portfolio health, lifecycle tracking, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate intake, prioritization, and tracking of sustaining engineering requests and product improvements.
• Develop and maintain portfolio insights, pricing analysis, competitive intelligence, and dashboards.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support portfolio decisions and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to ensure analyses are complete and decision-ready.
• Develop, approve, and deploy product communications, sales enablement tools, launch materials, and training content.
• Establish Product Management processes, governance, and cadences to improve visibility and alignment.
• Facilitate regional and cross-functional portfolio review forums with clear actions and follow-ups.
