Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking an Associate Global Product Manager, IVF Equipment, to support lifecycle management, market insights, and cross‑regional collaboration. This on-site role can be based in Trumbull, CT or Livingston, NJ, with travel as needed.

You will partner with regional teams, R&D, regulatory, quality, service, and sales to drive data‑driven product decisions and portfolio execution. You will develop launch materials, dashboards, and portfolio documentation while advancing pricing

Qualifications

• Analytical and structured with ability to handle complex information.
• Strong business curiosity in fertility, IVF customers, and market trends.
• Detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio operations, including lifecycle tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate sustaining engineering requests and product improvements.
• Develop portfolio insights, pricing analysis, and dashboards.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for portfolio decisions and planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure complete, decision-ready analyses.
• Develop, approve, and deploy product communications and training content.
• Establish processes and governance for portfolio visibility and alignment.
• Facilitate regional and cross-functional portfolio review forums.
