Job summary

AFL seeks a Global ITP Implementation Analyst to join the Integrated Tactical Planning team in Duncan, SC. The role partners with Commercial, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IT, and BI to drive AI-enabled improvements and low-code automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, information systems, or related field.
• Experience applying AI in projects to solve business problems.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and drive deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITP implementation and improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Identify AI and automation use cases; build low-code solutions.
• Use AI to streamline meeting prep, summarize exceptions, and support root-cause analysis.
• Define Power BI reporting requirements and build simple reports.
