Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of export compliance experience including ITAR/EAR responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. export regulations including licensing, screening, end-use reviews, sanctions.
• Familiarity with OFAC regulations and country sanctions.
• Experience with AES and EEI filings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business functions to provide operational trade compliance guidance.
• Support trade compliance policy implementation and training.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate requirements to leaders.
• Perform export compliance activities including classifications and license applications.
• Support licensing and authorizations processes; travel occasionally.
