Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist in Florida to oversee reliable server, cloud, and network services. You will diagnose identity, device, and connectivity issues, manage access controls and security updates, and document procedures for global operations.

Ideal candidates bring expertise in Windows Server, AD, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Meraki, Sophos, and NPS, with a track record supporting a worldwide environment and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining Windows Server and AD environments.
Knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online administration.
Ability to manage security policies and hybrid identity configurations.

Responsibilities

Maintain reliable and secure server, cloud, endpoint, and network services
Diagnose and resolve issues across identity, devices, applications, and connectivity
Manage access controls, security policies, updates, and configuration changes
Maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, and operating procedures
Support infrastructure upgrades and coordinate with vendors when needed
Communicate clearly with technical colleagues and nontechnical users
