Job summary

Cisco CCNA/CCNP or Microsoft certifications preferred to demonstrate expertise.
Qualifications
- Enterprise network and server administration experience required.
- Expertise with TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and switching.
- Microsoft 365 and Active Directory experience.
- CCNA/CCNP or Microsoft certifications preferred.
- Experience supporting end users and remote environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain company servers and infrastructure services.
- Monitor and support WAN, LAN, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity.
- Troubleshoot network, server, and communication system issues.
- Implement infrastructure updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and inventories.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable operations.
