Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a Global IT Business Relationship Manager to serve as the strategic liaison between IT and business capabilities in a hybrid role based in Bloomington, MN.

You will convey a rationalized technology vision, align IT initiatives with business goals, and maximize the value of IT investments across portfolios while leading demand management and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of IT portfolio management or related leadership experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams and geographies.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, demand management, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and prioritize competing initiatives.
• Experience with budgeting, resource planning and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their business applications.
• Experience managing high-risk, high-visibility projects.
• Experience at a global manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as BRM and Portfolio Owner for assigned business areas.
• Convey a rationalized technology vision and align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and proactive portfolio management.
• Oversee demand intake, prioritization, and business cases.
• Manage IT portfolio budget estimates and resource planning.
• Ensure value delivery and alignment of outcomes with expectations.
• Collaborate with senior management and IT teams to implement and adopt IT solutions.
