Base pay range
$145,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr
- The company's Supply Chain Group is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager. Under the direction of the Indirect Supply Chain Director, the Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sourcing plans, including supplier identification and selection, negotiation and closing of global high-value long-term agreements, supplier relationship management, supplier partnership and development, as well as general contractual suppliers. Effective relationship management and stakeholder influence are critical skills.

This role can be remote within Central or Eastern time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing processes for IT and Telecom categories globally, including strategy development, supplier selection, spend analytics, market analysis, and negotiations for long-term agreements.
- Influence decision-making across all levels and support stakeholders and suppliers to achieve strategic goals.
- Conduct global market research to identify new suppliers based on competitiveness and capability.
- Execute RFQs to assess supplier capabilities, risks, pricing, and services, focusing on TCO.
- Develop supply channels and KPIs to optimize TCO, drive improvements, and mitigate risks.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and contractual law skills; lead contract awards and development, ensuring final contracts reflect negotiated outcomes.
- Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing procurement policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in global IT strategic sourcing and negotiations.
- Strong collaboration, communication, analytical skills, and understanding of contractual and business systems.
- Desired: Purchasing or Supply Chain certifications, advanced education, master's degree.
- Access to U.S. Export-Controlled information is required.
