Job summary

Ford is seeking an IT SOX Transformation Senior Manager to shape and lead Ford’s global IT SOX and IT controls transformation across the Internal Control organization. You will guide a global team, influence stakeholders, and drive transformative results with executive-level communication.

The role reports to the Director – Internal Control Enterprise Technology (Global) and partners with Enterprise Technology leadership to advance the control environment and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent.
• CPA preferred or equivalent certification desired.
• Experience with IT control frameworks and PCAOB AS 2201 is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and optimization of IT internal controls across the organization.
• Own Global IT SOX program development and annual testing plan.
• Develop IT SOX communication strategy for stakeholders.
