Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery.
• Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing global teams.
• Experience leading global transformation and operational excellence programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IT Service Delivery operations across US, Jamaica and Colombia.
• Drive ITSM maturity including incident, problem, change, and service request management.
• Oversee Global Service Desk 24x7 and Workplace Services.
• Provide executive oversight for IT asset management and governance.
• Lead ServiceNow platform adoption and automation programs.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance across service delivery teams.
• Manage budgets, vendor governance and cost optimization.
• Develop leadership, succession planning, and employee engagement.
