Job summary

Sagility is seeking an Associate Vice President of IT Service Delivery to lead global IT operations across the US, Jamaica, and Colombia. The role focuses on end-user services, service desk, asset management, ITSM processes, governance, and continuous service improvement to deliver world-class IT support.

The AVP will drive operational excellence, customer experience, workforce productivity, automation, and governance, balancing strategy with hands-on leadership to transform service delivery

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery.
• Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing global teams.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow Platform, ITSM, IT Asset Management, and Workplace Technology Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IT Service Delivery operations across all geographies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and governance.
• Drive ServiceNow adoption, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.
