Job summary

Sagility seeks an AVP – IT Service Delivery to lead global IT service delivery across the US, Jamaica, and Colombia. You will oversee End User Services, Service Desk, ITAM, ITSM, Workplace Technology Services, and ServiceNow adoption, driving governance and continuous improvement.

The role requires strategic leadership, executive stakeholder management, and a track record of transformational programs with focus on customer experience, cost efficiency, and automation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery.
• Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing global teams.
• Experience in ITSM, ITIL processes, and service desk operations.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IT Service Delivery operations across US, Jamaica, and Colombia.
• Own end-to-end service delivery performance and customer experience.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and scorecards.
• Drive standardization, governance, and continuous improvement.
