Job summary

Applied Materials is seeking an experienced IT Audit Leader to manage SAP controls, SOX/ICFR compliance, and enterprise risk. You will oversee IT audits, collaborate with external auditors, and guide SAP S/4 implementation efforts.

The role requires deep technical knowledge and strong leadership to drive governance across global operations. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in IT audit, CPA/CISA/CIA preferred, and familiarity with GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or MIS is required.
• CPA, CIA or CISA certification preferred.
• Extensive IT audit and SOX/ICFR experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP internal controls SME as part of SOX PMO.
• Coordinate with external auditors on SAP controls.
• Lead IT audits including security, access controls, and disaster recovery.
