Accenture is seeking an exceptional Infrastructure Resiliency Lead (L5) to own enterprise-wide IT resiliency strategy and execution. You will drive BC/DR, HA architecture, and regulatory compliance across a global infrastructure estate, engaging CIO and CRO audiences and shaping large resiliency programs.

The role demands executive-level accountability for both sold and delivered work, crisis management design, and multi-region failover architectures, with travel 25%–100% as required.

Qualifications

• Progressive IT infrastructure or technology risk experience with BC/DR and HA architecture.
• Senior leadership with ownership of resiliency strategy or crisis response for large enterprises.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; if associate degree, 6+ years' experience.

Responsabilités

• Own IT resiliency end-to-end—setting strategy, governing architecture, and driving execution across BC/DR, HA, operational resilience, and geo-resilience.
• Lead accountability for DORA compliance and related regulatory requirements across financial services and other regulated industries.
• Oversee crisis management design, runbooks, simulations, and executive escalation protocols to sustain operations during disruptions.
• Design and oversee geo-resilience architectures with multi-region failover, considering data sovereignty and latency risks.
• Sell and shape resiliency engagements at CIO/CRO level; lead pursuits, proposals, and board presentations.
• Maintain P&L ownership and delivery performance for resiliency engagements with clients.
• Provide thought leadership on AI-driven testing, chaos engineering, and evolving regulatory frameworks.
• Build and lead a high-performing resiliency practice, attracting talent and scaling go-to-market.
