Donaldson is seeking a Global IT Business Relationship Manager who will serve as the strategic liaison between Global Information Technology and the company’s business capabilities. The BRM will oversee demand management, portfolio governance, and ensure IT solutions deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, business relationship management or similar leadership roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Act as BRM and Portfolio Owner for assigned business areas.
Convey a rationalized technology vision across the organization.
Build and maintain multi-year business roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
Create a culture of strategic planning and proactive portfolio management.
Develop and maintain an IT portfolio plan and roadmap.
Oversee budgets and resource estimates across IT portfolio demand and roadmaps.
Ensure value delivery and alignment of project outcomes with business expectations.
Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with business goals.
