Job summary

Solina is seeking an IT Project Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end enterprise application projects across manufacturing sites and business functions. You will manage scope, planning, governance, budget, vendor coordination, deployment and adoption.

Run teams retain support ownership, while you provide Level 3 expertise for complex incidents. This role is based in the US and requires strong cross-functional collaboration across global IT Build teams and business functions to deliver

Qualifications

4+ years of IT project management experience.
ERP or enterprise application implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs and data migration.
Experience in manufacturing and multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

Demand intake & scoping: translate business needs into IT requirements and specs.
Planning, governance & reporting: delivery plans, RAID logs and leadership reporting.
Budget & vendor management: estimate workloads, manage budgets, review SLAs.
Solution delivery & quality: define tests, migrations and deployment readiness.
Change, deployment & adoption: cutover planning and user readiness activities.
Transition to Run & Level 3: knowledge transfer and escalation for complex incidents.
For smaller initiatives, facilitate workshops and translate requirements to tasks.
