Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the single point of accountability for a global IT services workforce supporting ARTRANS C4ISR and distribution operations. You will own cost, schedule, quality, and staffing outcomes, interfacing with KO and COR and directing contractor personnel.

Required are 8+ years in DoD/Federal IT programs, SECRET clearance, and ITIL/ISO 9001 familiarity. Location is Scott Air Force Base, Illinois; PM role includes risk, staffing, and Phase I–II

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience leading DoD or Federal IT services efforts of comparable size, scope, and complexity
• SECRET clearance (final, adjudicated) at minimum; U.S. citizenship as required for clearance
• Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site government IT services programs (recommended: PMP; bachelor's/master's in a relevant field)
• ITIL Foundation or higher; ISO 9001:2015 quality-management familiarity

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with the KO and COR; direct all contractor personnel and set work schedules
• Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan, including org chart, staffing plan, subcontractor management plan, and recruiting/retention plan
• Deliver the Monthly Status and Cost Report and lead quarterly In-Process Reviews
• Own performance against the QASP, manage the Risk Register, and manage Phase I to Phase II transition/descoping execution
• Ensure staffing fill milestones: Key Personnel
• Accountable for prime and subcontractor quality, and Section 508 compliance
