Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Manager, IT Procurement to lead indirect IT sourcing across its multi-brand portfolio from the Talbots office in Hingham. The role blends strategic category management with hands-on contract negotiations in a hybrid work environment.

You will partner with brand teams and legal to optimize spend, implement CLM, and develop supplier relationships while delivering cost savings and value.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of indirect procurement in a multi-concept environment.
Experience managing IT service vendors and contracts.
5+ years in supplier relationships and procurement strategy.
Strong leadership in entrepreneurial culture.
ERP/Procurement system experience preferred (Oracle, SAP, DocuSign, Coupa).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global IT indirect procurement category strategies.
Lead contract negotiations and lifecycle management for IT contracts.
Partner with business leaders to realize savings and value.
Manage supplier relationships and performance.
Ensure compliance and financial controls.
