Job summary

You will apply best-in-class sourcing processes, negotiate strategies, and deliver cost savings while upholding TJX's off-price business model. The role requires strong procurement knowledge, vendor management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement
• Strong knowledge of technology sector sourcing and procurement
• Strong business acumen
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in procurement/sourcing systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal relationship development skills when interacting with associates, colleagues, leaders, Business Partners and suppliers
• Ability to analyze data related to spend, supplier performance, and market trends
• Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting information to senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Category Managers in regional/global sourcing events and lead project execution
• Develop regional/global sourcing strategies for assigned categories
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiate technology initiatives (SaaS, Hardware, IT Services)
• Lead strategy development for assigned events
• Collaborate with Business Partners to drive value while maintaining high service standards
• Participate in development and execution of contracts and ensure compliance
• Identify opportunities for specification alignment and process improvements
• Ensure Source-to-Pay processes are compliant
• Monitor and report category savings and performance metrics
• Develop negotiations and build partnerships with Global peers
