The role emphasizes problem solving, attention to detail, and clear communication with stakeholders. Some travel to domestic and international offices is required as part of enterprise technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred in IT/Systems/Science.
• Manufacturing or high tech experience preferred.
• Equivalents (education + experience) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisor to understand goals and define requirements.
• Research hardware and software technologies to stay current with industry standards.
• Design IT solutions to improve resource use and process efficiency.
• Write detailed software requirements for developers and IT staff.
• Collaborate with developers to analyze alternatives and test solutions.
• Manage enterprise software vendor accounts and licensing compliance.
• Address escalated support/production cases.
• Travel to domestic and international field offices and subsidiaries.
