Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC seeks an IT Network Manager to lead a global enterprise network with deep OT expertise. You will bridge IT and production networks across offices, data centers, and plants, ensuring uptime and safety while advancing segmentation and security.

You will manage a multi-site team, drive design of resilient networks, and collaborate with plant engineering, cybersecurity, and executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise network engineering and operations.
• 5+ years in network leadership.
• 3-5 years hands-on OT/industrial control networking in manufacturing.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the network team; own priorities, network standards, budgets, and lifecycle planning.
• Direct global WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN/SASE, firewalls, VPN/remote access, and unified communications.
• Design resilient, high-availability networks and drive incident response and continual improvement.
• Develop Purdue IT/OT segmentation, industrial DMZs, and controlled enterprise-plant communications.
• Lead OT network assessments, asset inventories, segmentation roadmaps, and secure vendor access.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and plant teams on monitoring, vulnerability management, and recovery planning.
• Oversee network infrastructure for site openings, acquisitions, and integrations; manage carriers/partners.
• Coordinate change windows and support audits, cyber insurance reviews, and security controls.
