Job summary

Katalyst CRO in Bend, Oregon seeks an Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and ramp-up of IT and OT infrastructure across local, regional, and global scopes in a high-stakes, regulated environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, ensure compliance with GxP/FDA standards, and drive cybersecurity and data-driven operations for a state-of-the-art production facility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure project management (Brownfield focus).
• Strong LAN/WAN, WiFi, switching and security knowledge.
• Pharma or validated production industry experience.
• Knowledge of GxP and FDA regulatory expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IT/OT infrastructure projects for site and global scopes.
• Manage budgets, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Engage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and reports to stakeholders.
• Lead steering committee meetings and maintain PM system.
