You will manage Windows domain infrastructure, monitor critical systems, and use PowerShell automation to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in information technology and networking principles.
• Technical expertise in networking, programming, or system administration.
• Knowledge and training in Windows Desktop/Server Operating Systems and best practices in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and other Windows admin subsystems.
• Familiarity with Linux or macOS is a bonus.
• PowerShell scripting or Bash is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux/macOS systems across desks, servers, and networks.
• Build and configure Windows, Linux, and macOS laptops, desktops, and servers.
• Support Windows domain infrastructure and monitor critical systems.
• Use automation (PowerShell) to create scalable solutions for operations.
• Collaborate with users and teams to troubleshoot in real time.
• Occasional physical work lifting up to 40 lbs.
