Mistral Ai is seeking an IT Specialist in Palo Alto to deliver high-quality technical support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools. You will lead onboarding processes, manage equipment, and support IT operations across the US and APAC.

Qualifications

Degree in CS or related IT field.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
Experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
Willingness to travel to NY and Singapore.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical assistance onsite and remotely in Palo Alto.
Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues across OS and applications.
Log incidents in the ticketing system and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support office openings, moves, and equipment provisioning.
Manage device shipments and inventory.
Train users on applications and best practices.
