Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an IT Network Manager to lead a global enterprise network with strong OT/IT integration. You will own WAN/LAN/WLAN, SD-WAN/SASE, firewalls, VPNs, and UC platforms, ensuring availability across multi-site operations and manufacturing sites worldwide.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in enterprise networking, 5+ years in leadership, and hands-on OT networking experience, with Purdue Model expertise and international travel willingness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise network engineering/operations experience.
• 5+ years in network leadership.
• 3-5 years of OT/industrial control network experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the network team; own priorities, standards, budgets, and lifecycle planning.
• Direct global WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN/SASE, firewalls, VPN/remote access, and unified communications platforms.
• Design resilient, high-availability networks and drive incident response and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement Purdue Model-based IT/OT segmentation and industrial DMZs.
