Job summary

Hudl in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Director, Global IT to shape our corporate IT strategy and scale operations. You’ll set global standards, build efficient teams, and drive automation and AI‑assisted processes across internal and managed services.

As a strategic player‑coach, you’ll oversee multi‑year roadmaps, manage vendor relationships, and partner with Engineering, Security, Finance and People to enable business success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading distributed teams and owning strategy, budgets and standards.
• Ability to build scalable IT organizations and define SLAs/KPIs.
• Strong technical fluency in enterprise security, identity/access, endpoint management.
• Clear communicator to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with build-vs-buy decisions and partner ecosystems.
