Hudl seeks a Director, Global IT to own corporate IT strategy, operations, and scale. You will define the multi‑year IT roadmap, structure high‑performing teams, and drive automation and AI‑assisted processes across global IT services.

As a strategic player‑coach, you’ll balance leadership with hands‑on execution to enable teams to win. You’ll shape global standards, manage vendor relationships, and lead cross‑functional change with Engineering, Security, Finance and People.

Qualifications

• Balanced leader with experience directing distributed teams and owning strategy, budgets and standards.
• Operational builder who ships efficient org designs, SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong technical partner with depth in enterprise security, identity/access, endpoints, and core IT infra.
• Clear communicator who presents to executives and aligns cross‑functional teams.
• Pragmatic, low‑ego leader who grows teams through trust and delegation.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and standards. Own multi‑year IT strategy, roadmap, standards and operating practices across internal teams and partners.
• Build efficient team structures with leadership coverage, clarifying roles and enabling automation.
• Drive operational maturity by running IT as a measured service with SLAs, KPIs, and reporting cadences.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships as the commercial/operational contact for key vendors and renewals.
• Lead cross‑functional change, collaborating with Engineering, Security, Finance and People while communicating with executives.
