Job summary

Hudl is seeking a Director, Global IT to steer corporate IT strategy, build scalable teams, drive automation and AI-enabled processes, and manage internal and managed IT services globally. You’ll balance senior leadership with hands-on execution to enable teams to win.

You will define multi-year IT strategy, set standards, and guide build-vs-buy decisions while partnering with Security and Engineering to scale operations and resilience.

Qualifications

• Leads multi-year IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business growth.
• Develops scalable org structures and uses automation to reduce single points of failure.
• Partners with Security and Engineering on core infrastructure and identity/access.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and standards across IT and partners.
• Build efficient team structures with clear roles and succession planning.
• Run IT as a managed service with SLAs, KPIs, and reporting cadences.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships under a One IT model.
• Lead cross-functional changes with executives across Engineering, Security, Finance and People.
