Job summary

Talos Energy seeks a seasoned IT Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure and Service Desk Manager to lead enterprise IT operations across corporate and Gulf of America assets. You will direct infrastructure, cloud, data centers, and offshore IT, while steering the service desk and IT governance programs.

Reporting to the CIO, you will oversee budgets, vendor decisions and ITSM improvements, and foster a culture of reliability, security and continuous delivery. Offshore experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience directing enterprise systems, infrastructure and service desks.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, governance, metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise systems, infrastructure and service desk teams.
• Chair the Change Advisory Board and oversee security, risk and compliance.
• Direct offshore IT operations and data center activities.
• Measure service performance and drive improvements.
