Job summary

Americares is seeking a Senior Manager, Global IT Infrastructure to lead the global infrastructure function, spanning networks, Azure and cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365 dependencies, identity, servers, virtualization, backup, monitoring, and country-office connectivity.

The role manages the Infrastructure Manager and Infrastructure Associate, partnering with the Senior Director on roadmap, budget, risk, and vendor planning.

Qualifications

• Significant and progressive experience in infrastructure, cloud, network, and systems operations.
• Experience leading distributed infrastructure teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global IT Infrastructure team and define clear expectations and development plans.
• Develop and execute the global infrastructure roadmap with budget and risk controls.
• Establish operating standards, runbooks, and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity and resilience teams to align with security policies.
• Oversee disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity for infrastructure services.
