Job summary

Kymera International is seeking an IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Administrator to oversee global IT infrastructure and security environments. You will administer and monitor cybersecurity platforms, IAM programs, and cloud resources while supporting vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required or relevant IT certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or Security Administrator.
• Fluency in English is essential; other languages a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Active Directory and networking experience preferred, including router and basic switch management.
• Expert Windows Desktop and server knowledge including backups, updates and imaging.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune and Defender.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain global cybersecurity platforms (EDR, SIEM, MFA, vulnerability management, email security).
• Monitor security alerts, investigate activity, assist with incident detection, response and remediation.
• Manage global cybersecurity applications and environments to ensure a secure Kymera footprint.
• Administer and support global infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, servers, storage, virtualization, M365).
• Ensure availability, performance, backups and disaster recovery readiness.
• Oversee IAM programs and Zero Trust initiatives; drive governance improvements.
• Support cloud environments with emphasis on Azure security, governance and compliance.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation across infra, endpoints, and cloud.
• Monitor security dashboards and participate in investigations, incident response, and post-incident analysis.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, audits and risk assessments; document controls and DR plans.
• Manage cybersecurity vendor relationships for North American sites and local spends.
