Job summary

Kymera International in Durham, NC seeks an IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Administrator to secure, monitor, and improve our global IT environment across on‑prem and cloud services.

The role combines infrastructure administration with security operations, including vulnerability management, incident response, access governance, and disaster recovery readiness. Reports to the Director, IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Must have degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of System/ Security administration experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity platforms.
• Monitor security alerts and support incident response and remediation.
• Oversee IAM programs, Zero Trust initiatives, and cloud security.
• Coordinate with global teams for patch management and disaster recovery readiness.
