Job summary

Choctaw Advantage Solutions (CAS) is seeking a Director of IT/IM to lead the program's information technology and information management across the WIC Overseas Program and DoD-related activities. The role requires strategic direction for enterprise IT, cybersecurity, data management, and cross-site operations.

The candidate will oversee enterprise systems, network infrastructure, and IT governance while aligning with regulatory requirements and contract obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or closely related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive IT experience including enterprise IT systems, network, cybersecurity, or end-user support.
• At least 4–5 years in direct supervisory or senior technical leadership role overseeing multidisciplinary IT teams.
• Experience managing IT across multiple locations or geographically dispersed environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for IT/IM functions for the WIC Overseas Program.
• Develop and execute an IT/IM strategy aligned with contractual requirements and program goals.
• Lead planning, implementation, operation, and improvement of enterprise IT systems for the program.
• Oversee network infrastructure, cloud/on-prem environments, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
• Establish standardized IT policies, services, and performance metrics across locations.
• Ensure availability, performance, continuity, and regulatory compliance of information systems.
