Job summary

Choctaw Advantage Solutions (CAS) seeks a Director, IT/IM to provide strategic and operational leadership for information technology and information management across the WIC Overseas Program and related DoD initiatives. Hybrid work arrangement supports global coordination, security, and compliance.

The role drives enterprise IT strategy, oversees networks, cybersecurity, and data governance across dispersed locations, and partners with government stakeholders to ensure program objectives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership roles.
• 4–5 years in a direct supervisory or senior leadership role.
• Experience managing enterprise IT across multiple locations.
• Experience with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for IT/IM across the program.
• Develop and execute IT/IM strategy aligned with contractual requirements.
• Oversee enterprise IT systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, DoD, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish IT policies, service levels, and performance metrics.
• Lead multi-site IT teams and manage budgets and procurement.
