Solutions Driven in Orlando seeks a Director of Global IT & Digital Transformation to lead a mature ERP/CRM environment, secure infrastructure, and AI-enabled growth.

You will partner with the CFO and executive team to modernize data usage, govern systems, and scale an IT function from 5 to a larger team, with global reach.

This role blends operations leadership with strategic partnering, driving enterprise-wide IT strategy and responsible AI governance in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including team management.
• Experience with ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent) and CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Comfort building AI strategy and roadmaps for a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global IT and digital transformation roadmap.
• Align technology investment with business growth priorities.
• Establish IT governance, policies, and operating standards across a global footprint.
• Lead enterprise data governance and architecture initiatives.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to deliver executive dashboards and predictive analytics.
