Job summary

Guardian Glass in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Global IT Business Systems Analyst to join our Auburn Hills office. You will gather requirements, design integrations, and collaborate with Finance to align IT solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities include resolving defects, leading Lean Spec initiatives, testing, and ensuring documentation and compliance. Experience with INFOR M3, Infor Cloud Suite, and SAP is preferred, with a Bachelor’s in business or related field.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a business systems analyst or comparable role.
• Experience using ERP systems such as INFOR M3, Infor Cloud Suite, SAP, etc.
• Experience delivering software solutions end-to-end with business and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of how software solutions are designed, configured, and delivered.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and collaborate with functional team on design of integrations, extensions, reports, and conversions.
• Connect to Finance team business goals, priorities, KPIs, and operational impacts.
• Resolve reported defects and maintain solution status.
• Initiate and maintain Lean Specification mapping documents for all integrations, legacy Guardian system, and Infor systems.
• Consult with Infor functional and technical resources to complete any necessary information for Lean Spec.
• Support solution and integration testing.
• Drive timely resolutions of issues impacting business.
• Provide Guardian institutional knowledge to stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder conversations and translate technical detail into business insight.
• Validate logic/configuration, and lead pre-release and user acceptance testing.
• Support change control and keep system documentation and compliance current.
• Stay current on relevant technologies and best practices.

What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Demonstrated experience as a business systems analyst or a comparable role
• Experience using ERP systems such INFOR M3, Infor Cloud Suite, SAP, etc.

• Working knowledge of how software solutions are designed, configured, and delivered
