Guardian Glass in Kingsburg, CA seeks a Reliability Leader to oversee 24/7 maintenance operations, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and drive reliability strategies that improve safety and product quality.

You will set goals, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with operations to minimize downtime while maintaining strong vendor relationships and budget controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing/24/7 operation.
• Experience using preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.
• Experience leading and managing multi-shift teams.
• Proficiency with CMMS tools, maintenance planning and kitting.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary maintenance and reliability team across engineering, planning, and technicians.
• Direct all maintenance operations—preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown—in a 24/7 environment with safety and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to align maintenance with production goals and support equipment upgrades.
• Manage crib inventory to optimize costs and ensure timely availability of parts.
• Monitor performance and reliability using KPIs and CMMS data, driving data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and share learnings across the maintenance organization.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary maintenance and reliability team, overseeing engineers, planners, schedulers, supervisors, technicians, and crib personnel.
• Tacticallydirect all maintenance operations—preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown—in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to align maintenance with production goals, support equipment installations/upgrades, and minimize downtime.
• Manage crib inventory tooptimizecosts and ensuretimelyavailability of parts and materials.
• Monitor team performance and equipment reliability using KPIs and CMMS tools, driving best practices and data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitateroot cause analysis and troubleshooting of complex equipment failures, sharing knowledge within the global maintenance organization and applying lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 5 or more years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial 24/7 operation
• Experience using preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies
• Experience leading and managing multi-shift teams
• Proficiencywith CMMStools,maintenanceplanningand kitting
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and vendor relationships

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering
• Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement processes
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies including predictive maintenance, IoT sensors, and data analytics

For this role we anticipate paying between $100,000 to $130,000 per year.
