Zusammenfassung

Optiver seeks a seasoned Internal IT Audit Manager to join a global audit team based in Chicago. You will perform risk-based IT and Information Security audits, collaborating with teams across Amsterdam, Chicago and beyond, and reporting to the Management and Supervisory Boards.

You will travel 4–6 weeks per year and help develop audit methodology, with exposure to trading systems, HR, Legal, Operations and Finance.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in IT audit or similar roles.
• Master’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISA or CISSP.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk, and controls frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO, NIST).
• Proven ability to assess IT controls across infrastructure, applications, and security domains.
• Experience supporting IT audits, reviews, and risk assessments across varied environments.

• Performing IT and Information Security audit engagements in an advanced and evolving IT environment.
• Assisting with planning and executing audits focusing on IT related risks.
• Supporting broader audit engagements outside IT areas when required.
• Collaborating with global teams and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Drafting audit reports and ensuring quality and consistency.
• Continuously improving audit methodologies and templates.
