Job summary

FieldWise is hiring a Global FieldWise System Support Intern for Summer 2027 in Norfolk, Nebraska. This on-site internship provides hands-on experience in customer support, irrigation technology, and global operations, with ~40 hours/week May–August 2027.

You will respond to product inquiries, assist with basic troubleshooting, document interactions, and support the Irrigation Product Support team. Some Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program, or a recent graduate in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and provide responsive, customer-focused support.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to learn.
• Basic proficiency with computers, web-based applications, email, and standard office software.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from FieldWise dealers, growers, and Lindsay internal teams.
• Provide basic Tier 1 support to FieldWise customers.
• Create, maintain, and close support cases with documentation of concerns, progress, actions, and resolutions.
• Assist customers with FieldWise portal configuration, product use, and troubleshooting.
• Support customer subscription-related requests.
• Develop knowledge of FieldWise product portfolio and integration with third-party equipment.
• Assist with testing for system enhancements, new products, and defect corrections.
• Collaborate with FieldWise and Lindsay colleagues to support a positive culture.
• Participate in required internship events, projects, and professional development activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
