Job summary

A global accounting federation is seeking a Head of Intellectual Property to oversee and protect its IP assets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IP management and will be responsible for strategizing and enforcing IP policies, managing licensing agreements, and ensuring compliance with global laws. This role is critical for safeguarding the organization’s brand integrity and maximizing its member value. Salary range is $175,000 - $225,000, with remote options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in intellectual property management.
• Strong knowledge of IP law and digital rights management.
• Experience with standards-setting bodies or international organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead IFAC’s intellectual property strategy.
• Monitor compliance with internal IP policies and legal requirements.
