Job summary

Alcoholics Anonymous World Services (AAWS) in New York City seeks a LLIP Associate to protect and manage AAWS intellectual property. You will prepare, review, and track contracts, licenses, copyright records, and related documents, while maintaining department portals and records with accuracy.

Reporting to the Director, you will work across licensing, copyright, and IP operations, collaborating with international teams.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced organizational, research, and document management skills.
• Familiarity with contracts and licensing.
• Ability to manage detailed records and deadlines.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licensing records and track expirations by country.
• Provide updates on licenses near expiration.
• Assist in portal maintenance and data accuracy.
• Conduct regular data audits and corrections.
• Assist with U.S. Copyright Office records and filing.
• Prepare and review contracts and licensing information.
• Collaborate with team and liaise with Spanish-speaking entities.
• Assist on other projects as needed.
