Elior North America is seeking a Senior Licensing Paralegal to support the Associate General Counsel and manage alcohol and tobacco licensing across operations. This role involves handling applications through renewals, maintaining records, researching regulatory requirements, and liaising with internal teams and regulators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in a regulatory or licensing capacity.
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage state, county, and local alcohol and tobacco licenses across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare and file license applications, renewals, surrenders, transfers, and amendments.
• Maintain licensing records and processes; update license tracking system.
• Research and interpret applicable licensing laws, regulations, and requirements.
• Provide licensing guidance to onsite teams and leadership.
• Coordinate fingerprinting and background requirements for officers and managers.
• Develop and provide alcohol and tobacco training for operations teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams, outside counsel, and regulatory agencies.
